What is FEP (Facility Enhancement Program)?

The FEP is designed to let you leverage your existing administrative and accounting staff in handling building functions on a day-to-day basis while using Facility Performance Solution’s expertise, vendors, bulk purchase contracts, and Insurance program to provide high quality service at rates much less than you could contract individually.  In other buildings for which FPS provides these services, the savings have ranged from $.25 to $.50 per square foot less than the amount previous owners were paying.
