Facility Enhancement Program Includes

  • Annual operating budget assistance.
  • Indoor air quality review.
  • Hazardous materials policy and storage procedure.
  • Emergency procedures manual preparation assistance.
  • Capital improvement and reserve plan.
  • Security and access system review.
  • Utility usage and energy management review.  Efficient use does not mean comfort has to be compromised.
  • Risk management and loss control assistance.
  • Property and Liability insurance placement or review.
  • Property tax review and appeal through vendor.
  • Review and maintenance of vendor contracts including janitorial, elevator, HVAC, landscaping, lawn sprinkler, fire sprinkler, snow removal, and trash removal.
  • Review and maintenance of non-contract vendor and suppliers including warranties on roof and equipment.

The facility enhancement program requires an initial 30-day intensive set-up period to determine specific requirements.  Then building operations would be custom tailored for your use and then would be reviewed each quarter for any necessary course corrections.

The cost of this program is based on a one-time initial set-up fee and a per month fee to maintain the aspects of the program.
If there are extraordinary requirements, or special projects they would be agreed upon and billed at an hourly consulting rate.
